The Ion Nebulizer is the standard sidearm of N.S.E.A. personnel.  There appears to be a number of distinct variations:

Version 1: Box Art - This is the version that appears on the back of prop toy boxes created for the convention scene.

Version 2: Series/Fan version - This appears the be the version seen in the "series" promotional photos and among the "fans"

Version 3: Thermian Version - This is the "real" version which was created by the Thermians

Version 4: Screen used Thermian stunt Version - These appears to be stunt props.  The only detail that appears to be missing is the "selector" (as seen in the screen shot) on the upper mid-body.
